No matter if you are out for a bit of fun and some exercise or play for the USAFL national team, you won't find a better place to play, meet new friends, and have a ton of fun! Sunday at Nationals: First game of the day against New York resulted in our 3rd win. Sadly our final game against Austin was a loss, but it did mean we finished 2nd in our division 🥈

Today has been a successful day in the sun for Quebec Saints and the Blue Ox, with wins in both games leaving us top of the ladder. Time for some rest and refreshment ready for another two games tomorrow!

🐂 FOCUS on the North Star Blue Ox! Representing the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, the Blue Ox are the USAFL's first and only women's focused club! The Ox are headed into their seventh season, coached by Freedom alumni Brianne Theisen and led by national team veteran Marie LaVictoire. After making a splash at Central Regionals last year, the Ox are hoping for a big return in Kansas City and at Nationals in 2023!

We are a tight-knit but very welcoming group that knows how to explain the sport of footy to new and veteran players. Although the game may look intimidating, it is safer than rugby and fewer injuries occur in Aussie Rules than in soccer.
While primarily a women's Australian Football club, we welcome men seeking a club to join us!
