First outdoor competition WA 900 hosted by Lisburn City Archery Club 🥈🏹. Happy with how i shot it was consistent which was good as I haven’t been shooting much from my recent diagnosis of Scoliosis and Multi level disc disease. I just have been working with my chiropractor, building up strength again and working on my form at club 💪🏻

Summer Series Leg 1- World Record Status WA720 + Mixed Teams Entry Form

Sunday 26th May will kick the 2024 series off in style with the opening leg of bigger and better Summer Series. This event will be a World Record Status WA720 used for Qualification then mixed team matches will take place after lunch.

WA18 competition hosted by LCAC 💜💚🥈🏹

Having only come back to shooting for about a month off due to sickness decided to push myself and shoot both sessions.

Was an amazing day and a pleasure to shoot with Jo, Paul, Katie and then Zack in the afternoon session. Managed to set a new PB of 547 adding 31 points to my score.

Some shots felt really good so just keep shooting at club working on my strength. On to the next challenge as we are approaching the outdoor season i am going to push myself to do more outdoor competitions!!

Vegas competition hosted by Muckamore Company of Archers 🥉💪🏻🏹

Practice for the Vegas competition this Saturday hosted by Muckamore Company of Archers. Very happy for my first time ever shooting a Vegas and i managed scored 564. Goal for this weekend is to stay focused and concentrate on my shots. 💪🏻🏹

NICS Robin Hood Double Portsmouth 🥇🏹

Yesterday I started the new year off at NICS Double Portsmouth Shoot. Didn’t really expect anything with this comp as i haven’t been shooting for a Month and only came back to shooting on Thursday.

I started off shooting well and scoring 276 in first half, followed by a 282 in the second half to finish with a total of 558 setting a new PB.

Decided to push myself and shoot a Double Portsmouth and my goal for the day was to have fun and focus on my shots. Finished with a 276 in first half with only one arrow outside of the gold. In the second half I got 281 finishing with 557 to get a double Portsmouth total of 1115.

I ended up taking the Gold medal in the Senior Compound Women 🥇

Would like to thank everyone on my target it was great shooting with Darrel, Jo and Jess. Thank you for keeping me going throughout the competition when I started to get tired and for all the laughs. Big thanks to NICS for a great shoot!!

Practice at club tonight shots felt really good and strong. Big thanks to Rachael McComb for selling me her old arrows i managed to add 40 points to my score at the weekend 🤩

Northern Ireland Senior Indoor Championships🏆🏹

Today I shot at Northern Ireland Indoor Championships at Jim Baker Stadium, hosted Muckamore Company of Archers.

In qualification I was super nervous shooting against some amazing archers but managed to score 516. Big thanks to Rachael, Noah and Mark it was a pleasure shooting with you all I had a great day lots of laughs!

H2H match I shot against Sinead was a great match I felt really happy with my shots. Sinead made me feel confident and giving me encouragement throughout our match and was lovely to shoot with a friend.

Congratulations to Amanda and Sinead who both got a medal. Amanda taking Bronze and Sinead taking Gold.

Over all I am very happy didn’t shoot to badly considering i only picked up the bow a couple of months ago and this was my third competition. Roll on the next one! 🥰

Practice for the Archery NI National Indoor Target Championships this weekend. Didn’t shoot too badly tonight at club managed to get a new PB of 533. Great to have the twin home and train with her again. Good luck to everyone competing this weekend and shoot strong 💪🏻🏹

Didn’t shoot too badly considering the last time i shot was 1st October at Muckamore Company Of Archers Portsmouth Competition. Was great shooting on a target with Lara and Jay.

🏹Muckamore Company of Archers Portsmouth Competition 🏹

Was really nervous for my first competition shooting Compound. With the help of Noah Doyle Archer keeping me right today was a really fun day and it was great shooting with you Noah!

Managed to beat my new PB I set on Thursday scored 549/600 taking the Gold Medal in the Compound Senior Women Category🥇

Great to be back shooting after a long while having to stop due to my Kyphosis of my spine. Nothing can stop me now

Now to keep the hard work up! 💪🏻🏹

Practicing at club this evening decided to prepare for the Portsmouth competition this Sunday hosted by Muckamore Company of Archers. Shot 545 out of 600 my first time shooting a Portsmouth with a Compound Bow. Hope to improve my score on Sunday but very happy with the outcome. Good luck to everyone shooting this Sunday 💪🏻🏹

Great night shooting at Sinead Byrne’s Shed thank you for inviting me up to shoot 🏹.

Haven’t been shooting alot due to an injury but I’m excited to get back to what i love.

Just in time for the indoor season decided to throw myself into the deep end and I’m competing in my first indoor competition in 2 years this weekend . Just going to focus on my shots and not put too much pressure on myself with a score.
