Lived and fought Muay Thai in Thailand and Amsterdam. 🚀 StrikeFit Kids – Our All-New Kids & Teens Program

Starting October 6th, we’re rolling out a structured kids and teens program at StrikeFit.

This isn’t just kids running around or doing random drills.
It’s a step-by-step martial arts program built to:

✅ Teach life skills, not just martial skills – confidence, focus, discipline, and respect.
✅ Follow a clear pathway – kids progress through levels with age-appropriate classes (separated groups so 6-year-olds aren’t training like teens).
✅ Keep kids engaged long-term – a structured program means your child always knows what they’re working toward, keeping motivation and retention high.
✅ Modern martial arts for modern kids – striking, movement, and self-defense, combined with verbal strategies like “communication before confrontation.”
✅ Build resilience and confidence – kids learn how to handle pressure, channel energy positively, and carry themselves with pride.

At StrikeFit, we’ve seen what works. Parents don’t want “just another after-school activity.” They want a program that:

Develops confidence and self-belief

Builds resilience against bullying and peer pressure
