NCAP Dulles South had an AMAZING time at TopGolf today! It was great to celebrate with all our friends and family. Congrats on a great season, and good luck to everyone swimming this summer!!!

Just a reminder to all Dulles South athletes that there is NO PRACTICE FOR ALL GROUPS this week.

We will resume our normal practice schedule on MONDAY, APRIL 1ST.

NO PRACTICE THIS AFTERNOON - Tuesday, January 16.

Due to road conditions, we are canceling practices for the following groups: Bronze 2-B, Bronze 1-B (Early and Late), Silver 1, Silver 2, and Silver 3.

We will keep everyone updated on practices for tomorrow, Wednesday January 17.
