“Once you hit 30, it’s all downhill from there.”
At least, that’s the prevailing sentiment in our society.
After all, men start losing lean muscle mass at 30, right?
But the cold hard truth is that the post-30 decline doesn’t just “happen” to you.
It happens because you let it.
You’re settling into your career and you just want to enjoy life.
You don’t want to live in the gym.
You don’t want to “eat clean” all the time.
But you also notice that your shirts don’t fit like they used to.
Your pants feel tighter.
You don’t have the energy you used to.
