What we eat is driven by our psychology and emotion. What and how we eat tells us who we are and what we value and believe.
Those of us that tend to overdo (myself included) may find that a little bit helps/heals and too much harms/hurts.
For example a little bit of fermented food may do your gut good, too much can cause a flare of over fermentation.
Our intentions are often good but the ex*****on of too much, too fast and too soon lays in our emotional psychology.
Finding a balance is not about being perfect with our food, it’s about our relationship to it, and to ourselves.
Using food as a mirror helps us grow and heal down to the deepest root.
This is what we explore together in brain, body, biome.

If elastics leave marks on wrists/ankles, your lymph fluid may not be moving well. Moving the lymph will make all the difference with your mood, energy and bloat.
Your lymphatic system may need support of you feel puffy,
inflamed, heavy or “stuck”.
Your lymph system helps:
• move excess fluid (reduce water retention)
• clear waste + toxins
• regulate inflammation
• support immunity
Unlike blood…it has no pump and depends on movement + breath
Signs of sluggish lymph:
• Puffiness / swelling
• Marks from socks, rings, or elastics
• Feeling heavy or congested
• Brain fog or fatigue
• Slow recovery
🧠 There’s an emotional side too
Lymph = flow so when it stagnates you may feel:
• stuck
• overwhelmed
• emotionally heavy
🌿 Support lymph flow with:
• Walking 🚶♀️
• Rebounding (gentle bouncing)
• Dry brushing
• Sauna / sweating
• Deep breathing
• Stretching or yoga
• Lymphatic massage
It’s not about more detox, it’s about better drainage.
When lymph moves:
• water weight drops
• inflammation improves
• you feel lighter both physically + emotionally
Your body isn’t stuck, it just needs help moving..
