Today with the cold weather outside it was about speed work on the treadmill for Coach Barron. Mile one 7:48, mile two 7:42, mile three 7:40. With a push for the last .1

Coach Barron here, and I am putting in some miles this morning. What I am most pleased about this run is my pace on the last mile. 8:33 for mile 9! Pushing at the end after my legs are tired is where growth comes both physically and mentally. Keep running!

Coach Barron spent fall break with his oldest son In Mexico on missions trip teaching basic plumbing and electrical skills and also leading Bible studies. They are traveling back today and he looks forward to coaching tomorrow’s race in Bourbon County.
