Every weekend I wake up abut 6ish and watch sports from Europe. F1,PL, Bundesliga to name a few. Every weekend I get this guy as my sports buddy. I think he enjoys this time more than I do, but since he has made appearances on a lot of episodes I wanted to share on the pod IG account

I have been spending a lot of my time last month away from Facebook and twitter and instead being on TikTok. One of the first videos I saw was from a man I would eventually find out is transgendered. The video though was about the sweet way he wakes up his special needs dog who is blind and deaf.

So thankful for Aiden Mann and spending a little bit of time with me. Check out my chat with him about his early memories, his family support, transitioning and his duty he has to advocate for the trans community.

The managing editor of Outsports, Dawn Ennis, gave me a little encouragement to "think outside the box" when it comes to guest because of the social distancing and sports on hold. So this week I reached out to Zachary Zane about many things.

First a little bit about Zachary (Taken from his website): Zachary Zane is a Brooklyn-based writer, speaker, and activist whose work focuses on s*x, cannabis, culture, and lifestyle.

He’s a contributing editor at Men’s Health, working specifically in their s*x and dating vertical. He also has a biweekly column at Civilized.life called "Puff Puff YASS" and currently writes for The Washington Post, Rolling Stone, and Prevention.

🟠 Bis*xuality and Polyamory

🟡 Being a freelance writer

🟢 Contributor to Men's Health

🔵 Some of his articles (A**l Play, HIV Stigma, LGBTQ Doctor to name a few)

I think one of the many take aways from my talk with Benjamin Näßler today was the love and support he has received from his community. The newly minted Mr. Gay Germany and his campaign to fight homophobia in German Football will be successful for many reasons, one being support from his husband Chris.

The episode will be out in a couple of weeks. Follow his campaigns page at Doppelpass to follow along.

The last week of October I spent some time in WeHo interviewing people for this podcast. Haley Videckis was one of those interviews and this week's episode is my chat with her. Daniel Trainor did an amazing job getting her coming out story so my interview was a little different.

After speaking about her cute little pups, we talk about her time at Arizona St and Pepperdine. Our conversation finishes talking women's sports, the ESPNW Sports Summit and what she wants to do in the future. I hope you enjoy the conversation.

TRANSATHLETE High school transgender athlete policies 09/11/2019

This morning I have been reading some tweets, asking questions and looking more into trans athletes in high school sports. I found this website that talks about the rules governing high school athletics in regards to trans athletes. Anybody have opinion as to what is best? Trying to see what is best when juggling the athlete and the individual.
