Reboot your energy & heal using the breath. In this healing circle, we will use our collective intentions to journey inside to uncover wounds and open up to receive the healing we need. You will leave feeling re-connected and re-booted.

The veils are thin in the Fall energy, a potent time for releasing and completion. On the traditional night of "Dia de Los Mu***os" we also hold space for our ancestors to guide our healing, as well as reflecting on the delicacy of the Earth experience.

We will open with a short grounding meditation and check in before you lay down and do the active breath meditation. This is a great way to quiet the mind because you have something the breath pattern to focus on. It can be cathartic, emotional, a release, heart opening, so many things. We close with a period of deep relaxation, stillness and silence to calm your nervous system and allow you to rejuvenate, and fill up on Love.
