At Self Performance Fitness, my mission is to help you reach your fitness goals through a comprehensive approach. Self Performance Fitness provides personal training and fitness coaching for women.

We offer in-person services in the Phoenix, Arizona area, and online training services to customers worldwide.

Each workout consists of two parts: strength training and stretching. I coach you through the entire workout giving you tips along the way to get the most out of it.
