Looking for something fun to do in the summer holidays that will assist your training? We’ve got you covered! ADCO is super excited to launch our FIRST ever Summer Workshop, with a focus on Strength & Conditioning 💪✨

We’re bringing in amazing instructors who will share expert tips, knowledge, and training techniques to help you grow as a dancer / athletes that we need to be, to perform at this crucial time of the year.
📌 Open to all Premier dancers
(Please make sure you have your teacher’s consent before signing up)
⚡Spaces are limited so everyone can get the most out of the sessions.
