''We have identified a manufacturing defect affecting one type of rescue handle delivered with certain reserve containers. The following containers produced between January 1st, 2021 and June 16th, 2025 may be affected:

๐‹๐ข๐ญ๐ž ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐œ๐ฎ๐ž ๐‚๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ซ ๐๐๐†
๐‚๐จ๐œ๐ค๐ฉ๐ข๐ญ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐œ๐ฎ๐ž ๐‚๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ซ

As a precaution, we ask that all handles from containers produced during this period be immediately taken out of use. The handles must be replaced before the next flight.

The defect concerns the connection between the handle and the container lanyard. In some cases, this connection may fail before the reserve is fully deployed.''
