Our Covenant Gym family is coming together to support Brady and his family after his nephew was diagnosed with cancer.

On September 19, we’re hosting a blood drive at Covenant Gym to show up in a way that can truly make a difference.

We’re excited to announce that Covenant Gym is partnering with Catapult once again to bring back our Strength Training Sessions!

📅 Sunday, July 12
⏰ 8:00–9:00 AM

During these sessions, volunteers will work one-on-one with adaptive athletes, helping them build strength, confidence, and achieve their fitness goals. It’s an incredibly rewarding way to make a meaningful impact in someone’s life.
