I have been away from horses all year as I needed surgery and was moving so I didnt want to start something new.

I know remember why I fell in love with equestrian yoga, these animals are majestic.

These women in the same space with these animals was beyond powerful for connection and healing.

Our very first SUP Yoga session... and it won't be our last. 💙

None of us knew exactly how this was going to go. We started slowly, found our balance, shared a few laughs (and yes... someone found the "starfish in the water" pose 😄), and by the end everyone was trying things they never imagined they'd be doing on a paddleboard.

That's what this retreat is all about.
It's not about perfect poses. It's about stepping outside your comfort zone, cheering each other on, and leaving with memories that will last far longer than the weekend.

To every woman who trusted me, laughed with me, and embraced the experience—thank you. You made our very first SUP Yoga session one I'll never forget.

Already looking forward to doing it all again in 2027. 🌊💙

Apparently my word of the weekend is “beautiful.” 😂

Beautiful setting. Beautiful energy. Beautiful experience. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful… I’m going to need a new adjective by tomorrow.

This afternoon we shared a smudging ceremony followed by an incredible sound bath, and it was such a great experience.

Everyone received exactly the cleansing they needed… although a few areas may have received a little extra attention. 😂

Those who know, KNOW.

Tomorrow it begins. 💙

The countdown is almost over.

A weekend of slowing down, reconnecting with nature, sharing laughter around the campfire, paddling on beautiful Madawaska Lake, spending time with the horses, moving our bodies, and creating memories that will last long after we head home.

For everyone joining us this weekend, we can't wait to welcome you. Travel safely, arrive with an open heart, and get ready for an unforgettable experience.

Sometimes life throws us curveballs…

Sometimes all at once. 😀

This all happened before my trip even began:

Missed flight.
Broken luggage.
2.5-hour passport control line.
Damaged rental car.
Hotels paid for but not used.

Soooo much money lost and I hadn’t even left Lisbon airport yet. 🙄

Once upon a time, this would have sent me over the cliff.

Today, I’m grateful that I had the most amazing experience with one of my closest friends, that the sun shone the whole time I was there, and that I had time to sit, reflect, and breathe.

I’m also grateful to be leaving and heading to the UK, where I’ve had better luck. 🤣
