I don't usually share Huw on my socials, but this is a special shout out. And how could I not share this epic photo full of sass and coolness 🩷✨️🎀

This summer holidays has been one to remember. It's been chaotic in the best way possible 🩷

Thank you to everyone who has attended any of my classes. But an even bigger thank you to anyone who has attended a class that Huw has been at. Huw is a character. He's loud, he's messy, he's bossy, and he needs constant attention. You've all been so wonderful with him. Not a single one of you has made me feel like Huw is not welcome there or is annoying, and you all even encourage him to get involved and create even more chaos with him 😂

I absolutely LOVE having children at my classes. Thank you to all the parents who have brought any children along, whether they sit and watch or join in. I have loved meeting your little ones. It's an honour and privilege 🩷✨️🎀

Next week, back to normal 😭😭😭

Thank you, Wallasey, for agreeing to my madness without judgement. Dot, as always, up for absolutely anything and volunteered to be on the top, and Julie had no choice 😂😂

Once again, you all worked your pink sparkly socks off today! ✨️

Mickey was back again today, and even with all the faces, you all smashed the cardio section!

Today really showcased the community and friendships we have built, and the trust we have in one another. You're all incredible 🩷✨️🎀

5 years ago today, I married the person who I thought was my best friend and forever person. How wrong I was😂

Though I do hate him for what he did, I am forever grateful for him doing it the way he did.

My wedding day was the most wonderful day spent with everyone I love. They are memories I'll treasure forever. We all danced, laughed, ate, drank, bounced on the bouncy castle, and fought on the gladiator. All in a place where it's beauty can't be described.

After he left, I was in the darkest place. The only reason I am alive today is because of my beautiful little boy. Mental health is at the heart of everything I do because I know how hard it can be sometimes.

5 years on, and I am the happiest version of myself that I have ever experienced.

If he did not do what he did, my life would not be this incredible.

For everyone in my life, no matter how much or little time I spend with you, I'm grateful for you, and I love you with all my heart 🩷✨️🎀

Fitness Classes at Brackenwood Scout HQ on Friday morning... what a performance 👏

I gave the team the option of adding another cardio instead of the ab track, or keep the ab track. They decided cardio.

So what did I do? I added in the highest intense cardio track, yano, the one I said I wouldn't bring back in this heat 😂😂

I might not have been able to attend New Brighton Pride at the weekend, but I was most definitely there in spirit.

One of our beautiful cheerleaders bought me the most perfect and beautiful earrings that represents CheerFit so well. Thank you, Sarah🩷✨️🎀🏳️‍🌈🌈
