I got it done before work! Insanity Max:30 day 8: cardio challenge.
Here is a video of the actual move on the top row and modification on the bottom.
I maxed out at 6:36 and had to start modifying some of the moves.

I’ve had so many people ask about what it takes to be a fitness coach, and what the requirements are. Some of the questions I get are: Do I have to be fit? What if I’m not a personal trainer? Is it is time consuming?

Let me break it down; coaches are everyday people doing extraordinary things!

In summary, we help people achieve their goals and live a healthy, fulfilling life.

My team will be hosting a one hour live event this Thursday at 8PM EST, with the aim of helping you learn more about our online coaching business, what's required of you, how to fit it into your life, and if you'd even enjoy it, so if you ARE looking for options, you can decide for yourself if coaching is for you.
