Why Workplace wellbeing is all wrong

This month we kicked off another Thrive programme with a new corporate cohort and admiral_insurance_uk
Not with yoga mats.
Not with fruit bowls.
But with something far more powerful.
👉 Values and alignment.
Our first workshop focused on helping individuals reconnect with their own values and align them with the companies not as statements on a wall, but as everyday behaviours at work.
Because when values are unclear, energy leaks.
When people feel misaligned, clarity drops.
After just the first session, the cohort are already reporting:
• increased energy
• improved mental clarity
• a stronger sense of direction
This is what happens when wellbeing is treated as a performance issue….not a perk.
