My workouts use little or no equipment, focusing on body-weight and functional movement exercises. If you have a yoga mat, bring it! A large towel will work as well. Make sure you bring water and have something to eat before arriving. Dress appropriately! This workout will be outdoors.

A fun workout this morning! Every ornament on the Liftmas Tree is an exercise this group did. Everyone did at least 2 sets of each. We got festive with naming the exercises and there were 12 total (for the 12 days of Christmas):
Santa’s Toy Bag - sand bag drag
Reindeer Shuffle - cones, down and back
Polar Bear Crawl - down and back
Candy Cane Lane - shuttle run
Elf on the Shelf - wall taps, 50
Jingle all the Way - lap around field
Stocking Suffers - squat with reach, 25
Abominable Burpees, 10
Jumping Jack Frost, 50
Mount Crumpit Climbers, 50
Peppermint Push-ups, 10
Mistle-Toe Crunch, 20

- Squat + Squat Jump (alternating)
- Lateral Lunge Hops (reach for center line)
- 3 Plank Jacks + 1 Push-up
2 minute rest
Circuit #2:
- Lateral Shuffle + Squat
- Reverse Lunge + Knee Drive Hop (alternating)
- 3 Skater Hops + 1 Burpee
2 minute rest
Circuit #3:
- Jump Rope Arms + High Knees
- 1/4 Turn Squat Jump + Center Pop-Up
- Lateral Traveling Mountain Climbers
