Yvette just recently completed her Mom in Balance trainer education program, accredited by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Currently on her journey to become a lifestyle & health coach, she believes in long-term strength – physically and mentally 💪✨
Yvette loves exploring new cultures, being outdoors, hiking in the mountains and surfing by the sea 🌊⛰️ Nature is where she recharges – and that’s exactly the energy she brings into every workout in the park!
Her personal goal?
