Fun Fact: All three ran the entire 5K at an average pace of 5 minutes 35 seconds per mile or faster. Miguel led the way at about 5:05 per mile, Isaiah followed around 5:12 per mile, and Darren still held strong at roughly 5:35 per mile. That kind of pace across the podium is elite. 🔥🏃‍♂️

Fun Fact: Breaking 21 minutes in a 5K puts runners in elite company and having three women do it on the same course is something special. Speed depth and competition all showed up on race day. 🔥🏃‍♀️
