As women move into their mid 30s and beyond, the body starts to change:

Muscle mass naturally declines
Hormones shift
Recovery and stress response change

And this is where a lot of women get stuck:

They double down on what feels familiar:
More cardio. More classes. More low-intensity workouts.

Long and steady cardio doesn’t do much to maintain or build muscle- and muscle is exactly what supports metabolism, strength, and long term health.

That’s why you need to shift your focus.

It’s not about doing more-
It’s about doing what your body needs right now.

Do your strength training hunnies.

Most women join a challenge hoping it will fix everything.

But a challenge is never meant to be a finish line.

It’s the thing that gets you moving again when you’ve felt stuck for months.

Maybe you’ve done many challenges at this point and continue the exact cycle..

Do a challenge, lose weight and regain it and repeat.

Challenges run anywhere between 4-9 weeks and give you structure when you’ve been all over the place. It builds momentum and reminds you what you’re capable of.

But real change? That comes after.

When you keep showing up.
When you stop starting over.
When you build habits that actually fit your life.

This is why I still run challenges.

Not to sell you a quick fix- but to give you a powerful starting point, give you the tools, start building some healthy habits to continue into something that actually lasts.

Huge shoutout to an incredible client who’s been putting in the work week after week 👏

Consistency has been the game changer here and it’s paying off.

10 lbs down, strength going up, and most importantly… confidence and enjoyment in training at an all-time high.

What’s been amazing to watch is the shift beyond just the scale — starting running, building endurance, and actually enjoying it.

That’s when you know it’s becoming a lifestyle, not just a phase.

Stronger, fitter, and showing up no matter what.

This is what progress really looks like 💪

Muscle is the goal. Fuel is essential. Consistency always wins.

This is your reminder that you can transform your body- without extremes, restriction, or burnout.

Starting fitness at 40+ is a great move but it’s also where being smart matters more than being intense.

If I were starting from scratch at that age, I’d focus on these three things:

1. Build strength first (not just cardio)

A lot of people jump straight into walking or jogging—but strength training is the real game changer.

Helps preserve muscle mass (which naturally declines with age)
Protects joints and reduces injury risk
Boosts metabolism and bone density

Focus on simple, compound movements:
Squats (or chair squats)
Push-ups (even against a wall)
Rows or resistance band pulls

2. Prioritise mobility and joint health
At 40+ stiffness- not laziness—is often a big barrier.

Spend 5–10 minutes daily on mobility
Focus on hips, shoulders, and spine

Things like yoga or basic mobility routines can dramatically improve how your body feels day-to-day.

3. Keep it sustainable (consistency > intensity)
This is the big one. You don’t need to “go hard”-
you need to not stop.

Start with realistic goals (e.g., 20–30 min sessions)
Mix activities you enjoy (walking, cycling, swimming)
Take rest days seriously

Progress comes from showing up regularly, not from exhausting yourself.

Think long-term:
You’re not training for a 6-week transformation
You’re building a body that feels strong and capable for decades.

Metabolic adaption is real.

Every diet. Every restart. Every I’ll be stricter.
Taught your body to survive in less.

You feel hunger.
You burn fewer calories.
Fat loss feels harder than it used to.

That’s not failure.
That’s adaption.

Eat enough.
Build strength.
Stay consistent long enough for your body to feel safe again.

Whilst brining awareness.

Tracking honestly 👀

You’ve been thinking about it for a while now 👀

Wanting to feel stronger.
More confident.
More like you again.

But then the doubts creep in..
‘I’m not fit enough’
‘I don’t knew what I’m doing’
‘I feel out of place’

I get it- every single woman who’s joined felt the same at the start.

Swipe to see what our girls have to say.

That’s is exactly why this exists.

This isn’t a scary gym environment.
This isn’t a random class where you get lost in the crowd.

This is female-only small group pt focused on:

💪🏼 Strength
🤸🏻‍♀️ Functional Movement
👯‍♀️ Support & Accountability

Where you’re coached, supported, and pushed (in the best way)

Where you learn how to train properly.
Where you build confidence session by session.

And where ‘I can’t’ slowly turns into ‘I just did that’

Limited spaces available.
(Kept small for a reason- so get extra attention)

If you’ve been waiting for a sign- this is it.
