I am officially OUT OF OFFICE. 👋🏻

What a week to round things off! I’ve met so many lovely new faces who’ve jumped on the Back to Business offer, and I genuinely cannot wait to start working with you all in September. 🫶🏻

This break is VERY needed. It’s been almost a year since I’ve taken a proper week off, so tomorrow I’m heading to our second home, Cornwall, to slow down, recharge and spend some much-needed time with all my favourite people. 🌊☀️

I will still be at the end of my phone if anyone has any queries… because apparently I have absolutely no idea how to properly switch off. 😂

I’ll be back in the studio from Monday 24th, ready to see you all, although my hours will be a little restricted for a couple of weeks while the girls and I move house.

Exciting. Chaotic. Slightly terrifying. 😬
Because apparently life wasn’t busy enough already!

For now though… pass me the Cornish pasties and Rattler. 🥟🐍

The summer holidays will be over.
The routine is returning.

Now it’s time to put YOU back on the list.

September always feels like a bit of a reset. After weeks of holidays, childcare, days out, late nights, changed routines and generally trying to keep everyone else happy, it can be very easy to realise that somewhere along the way… you’ve stopped prioritising yourself.

So this September, we’re getting Back to Business.

I’m launching a 4 WEEK KICKSTART at Strength Space, starting week commencing 7th September, designed to help you find your routine again, rebuild some consistency and start feeling like YOU again.

For 4 weeks, you’ll get:

🏋🏻‍♀️ 1 x Personal Training session every week
💪🏻 1 x Strength Space class every week
🖤 8 coached sessions in total
💰 £120

No extremes.
No “new you”.
No training every single day.

Just two hours a week dedicated to yourself and a commitment to showing up consistently for four weeks.

Because four weeks might not sound like a long time, but it’s enough time to start building a routine, improve your confidence with strength training, make noticeable progress in your fitness and strength, and — most importantly — prove to yourself that you CAN make time for you.

At the back end of 2024, I took the biggest risk of my life and walked away from the security of a stable job to build something that had only ever existed in my head.

I still remember sitting on a plane to Ireland in December, doodling a logo on a scrap of paper. Fast forward 20 months, and that same logo now hangs proudly on the wall of my OWN personal training studio. 🤍

Since opening the doors, Strength Space has gone from strength to strength. Every day I’m thinking about what’s next. How can I make the experience even better? What more can I offer my clients? How can I keep building a community that people genuinely love being part of?

So you can imagine my surprise when I found out someone had nominated my little business - my third baby - for Gym of the Year at the East Midlands Local Business Awards.

Strength Space has never been just a gym to me. It’s a place where people feel seen and heard. A place where they realise what their bodies are truly capable of. Where confidence grows alongside strength, and where consistency, determination and a little belief can completely change someone’s life.

From personal training, to small group classes and our Stride run club… we’re only just getting started.

This one definitely deserves a space on the grid 👏

Earlier this year, Emma took 1st place in her age category at HYROX Cardiff 🥇(& finally received the flag to prove it). Last weekend she did it again, setting a new course record at the Rutland 10km, and this October she’ll be heading to Chicago to earn her final Marathon Major star ⭐️

I’ve been lucky enough to work with Emma over the last year on her strength training. She already had an incredible level of fitness, but adding structured strength work alongside her running and HYROX training has taken her performance to another level. She’s stronger, more powerful, more resilient and it’s showing where it matters most… on race day.

It’s proof that strength training isn’t about replacing what you love doing, it’s about helping you do it even better.

Next up… the biggest event of the year (obviously 💁‍♀️), Whissendine 6ix next Friday. See you at the finish line, girl! 🥇

When it comes to training, we all have our own why.

Maybe it’s to look after your mental health. To get stronger. Build muscle. Lose weight. Improve your fitness. Sleep better. Boost your confidence. Stay independent as you get older. Or maybe it’s simply because moving your body makes you feel good.

For me… it’s all of the above.

But if I’m being completely honest, I’m also just out here for a good time. Chasing the next opportunity to get on the comp floor, test myself, and enjoy a bit of adult PE with some of my favourite people.

Last weekend I switched off, headed off-grid to the Lake District and got stuck into this. Safe to say the endorphins hit a whole new level.

Find your why… and keep showing up for it. 💪
