The FLSA has been created in 2014 to regulate, to promote and to develop rowing practice at level of leisure and of competition in Luxembourg
The FLSA is aimed to promote rowing practice by eductional system of Luxembourg, to coordinate initiatives of afficiated clubs and members, to represent and to defend their interest by national and international authorities and organisations, to represent in Luxembourg the leisure and competition sections in all activities where rowing can be involved, to coordinate contacts and interactions with other rowing federations.
