🔥 CLIENT PROGRESS SPOTLIGHT – ROB 🔥
Since starting in January with One to One sessions and now a weekly men’s groups strength session, Rob has made some incredible progress, not just physically, but in confidence, consistency and overall wellbeing too 👏
We started by focusing on:
✔️ Technique
✔️ Building confidence with weights
✔️ Creating a strong foundation
✔️ Sustainable progress week by week
Fast forward to now:
💥 40kg Barbell Squat
💥 Romanian Deadlift now at 28kg
💥 Chest Press up to 33kg
💥 Shoulder Press estimated 1RM of 21.5kg per dumbbell
💥 Improved flexibility — now able to touch his toes
💥 Increased work capacity, strength & confidence
The biggest win? Consistency.
Showing up each week, trusting the process, and building strength steadily over time 👊

Heavy Focus Month = New PBs! 🔥
Last night the ladies absolutely smashed it in the gym. 💪
We’re in our heavy focus month, which means pushing past comfort zones, building real strength, and proving just how capable these women are. And wow… did they deliver.
✨ Heaviest weights yet
✨ Stronger lifts across the board
✨ Confidence through the roof
Watching these women realise they’re stronger than they thought is honestly the best part of coaching. Strength training isn’t just about muscles, it’s about confidence, resilience, and showing yourself what you’re capable of.
So proud of this group. The bar keeps getting heavier… and they keep rising to the challenge. 🚀
