Coffee after class?! Yes ma’am! Jiu jitsu has a way of making strangers into family. It doesn’t matter what gym you go to...you train BJJ you’re family. Period. I encourage every woman to join the tribe!

A woman training in Jiu Jitsu is so much more than self defense...it's taught me to be comfortable in uncomfortable situations. It trains you to not freak out when someone twice your size is on top of you. Every woman NEEDS jiu Jitsu REGULARLY. this class gives women an intro so they are comfortable in a normal class. Start with this and then continue and see how strong you really are.
