I'm Jen and I'm a mother to two beautiful girls. I just gave birth to our newest little one in late October. Between the holidays and pregnancy, I have a goal of losing 60 pounds. Starting today, I'll be documenting my weigh loss journey with YOU in hopes that some of you will join me on this journey to health and wellness. We will provide SUPPORT and MOTIVATION for each other. I started my 9 day cleanse yesterday and plan to follow with multiple 30 day programs until the weight is off. Day two of cleansing starts TODAY! I'm feeling great and surprisingly energetic! Stay tuned!
