This is why I love what I do. ❤️
One of my amazing Menopause Mastery clients sent these photos recently, and honestly... the pictures are impressive, but they’re not even the best part.
Because what you’re seeing isn’t the result of a crash diet, or quick fix health “hacks.”
You’re seeing the result of consistent habits.
Better energy.
Lower inflammation.
More strength.
More confidence.
And a woman who decided she was worth investing in.
This transformation didn’t happen overnight.
It came from showing up, trusting the process, and making small changes that added up over time.
That’s the part nobody talks about enough.
The most rewarding transformations aren’t just physical, they’re the ones where you actually start feeling like yourself again.
It’s about having energy to do the things you love.
Feeling confident in your clothes.
Feeling strong in the gym and in everyday life.
I’m incredibly proud of her and grateful to be part of her journey.💪😊

I did a thing.
In January I started a Power Yoga Teacher Training at
Crazy thing was I walked into the studio for the first time less than 2 weeks before the start of the training to check out the studio and get a sense of the energy there.
What happened over the course of the last 5 months was life changing. That first Friday session I walked in knowing no one. I completed the training today and I now have people that I have connected with on such a deep level it’s hard to believe we have known each other for such a short time. The feeling is hard to describe. These are my people. We sweat together, we cry together, we laugh together and we are stronger together. ❤️
I learned a lot about myself in this process. Who I am for myself. Who I am for others. The things I believe in and the things I aspire to be. I am proud of myself for showing up and getting uncomfortable and learning and growing.
Yoga is connecting. It’s union. It’s community. It’s seeing people, truly seeing people. As they are. I believe if more people practiced yoga the world would be a better place.
Oh, and I did learn how to teach Power yoga as well!!
Different outcomes start with asking yourself different questions.
For example:
“What can’t I do today?”
Answering this question simply justifies staying stuck.
It produces negative momentum 👎😞
“What CAN I do today?”
Answering this questions leads to practical actions that align with your goals.
It contributes to progress 👍😊

Too many women are told to expect less from their body peri and post menopause… less strength, less energy, less confidence.
I don’t buy that.
I train for strength, muscle and capability to keep doing cool sh*t!
I’m here to tell any woman who will listen that you absolutely CAN be really fit and capable for decades.
This isn’t about pretending everything is the same as when you were 30… you do need to work with your physiology differently now.
But you don’t need to believe that it’s too late to be a fit badass🔥
Don’t shrink your expectations for your life just because others do.

It is good to workout hard. But your body only benefits from stress that it can recover from!
The higher the intensity of your training, the more important it becomes to establish lifestyle and nutrition habits that support your nervous system and promote muscle repair.
If your working out 4+ days/week but your body feels stuck, or you’re consistently fatigued, it’s definitely worth dialing down the intensity and/or frequency of your workouts and putting a big emphasis on strength and recovery.
Dial back the cardio, go for regular walks outside, and use your gym time specifically for lifting weights.
I am 59 years old and I love doing things that I’m “not supposed to be able to do.”
I refuse to live by other people’s low standards.
The world says slow down, shrink, accept less.
I say get stronger, move better, don’t settle.
I’m not here to age quietly and become a frail old lady…I’m still chasing new fitness goals and leveling up!
“Old ladies don’t do this.”

People tell me all the time, “I can’t afford personalized coaching”
…and that’s ok.
But so many women ignore the simplest habits that cost $0 to implement and impact every major system of your body!!
walking, hydration, SLEEP
No, this isn’t the whole picture but if you’re inconsistent or undisciplined in any of these areas, you have a huge opportunity to improve your metabolic health without even talking about nutrition and workouts!
These aren’t “health hacks” or quick fixes but they will impact your quality of life every single day for the rest of your life.
So probably worth paying attention to🤷🏼♀️
