Obviously everyone is a little different with where they can prep calorie wise. I’ve had some competitors higher than this and some lower but doing things at a realistic pace will yield the best results.
Jodi has maintained a healthy regular cycle, great digestion quality, insane strength retention (just squatted 195lbs x8), and we are ahead of the timeline which means reversing into the show (increasing cals for better pumps, energy and a smoother reverse post show)
