Ralf de Pagter spend the 2020 Off-Season working out with WNQ daily. Ralf improved his 3PT% from 27% in the 19/20 season to 45% on the 20/21 season. All of this while going from shooting 0.5 to almost 2 three’s a game. We did this by creating game like situations to improve his reads, and improving his aggressiveness towards the 3 point shot.

Operating as usual
Mo contacted WNQ after playing a couple games in the 19/20 season. Mo wanted to improve his shooting. After watching game film we decided to walk through his shot in detail. After this Mo knew exactly what he was doing. Mo’s FT percentage rose from 38% to 55%. While his 2PT Percentage went from 44% to 53%.
Jerom started working with WNQ in the 18/19 season. Jerom went from averaging 8 minutes in 19/20 to averaging 12 minutes in 20/21. Over the years his 3 point percentages increased from 21.4% to 36.4%. While Jerom is entering his final year of his contract he is on his way to make a real impact for the Landstede Hammers.
Over the 19-20 season Luna Love committed to Central Maine Community College. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak she received the message that her school would stay closed for the first half year. Instead of waiting her turn she was pro active working out twice a day and getting in contact with the Martini Sparks. A week later she would join this Womens Basketball Team. Instead of wasting half a year she practiced twice a day, and continued to improve her game. Over the off-season we rebuild her shot and she is ready to make an impact on the for the 2021-2022 season.
Coming from UNLV, getting drafted by the Austin Spurs in the G-League Draft Jordan signed with the Rio Grande Valley Vipers in the 2018/2019 season. At the start of the 2020 season Jordan signed his first professional contract to play overseas. Jordan was extremely dedicated to improving his game and getting it to the next level. During this period Jordan was active in the FIBA Europe Cup Jordan averaging 15 points, 4,5 assists and 1,2 turnovers while shooting 39 procent from 3.
Luuk van Bree just finished his senior season at Bradley University and was pursuing a professional basketball career. During one of his first try-outs he tore his achilles tendon. An injury that can take up a season of rehab. As soon as Luuk was able to start working out again he moved to a different city to take care of his body and get back to playing basketball. During this period we focused on getting back in shape and preparing for playing in the 2020/2021 season. Luuk signed his first pro contract with ZZ Leiden and made his first minutes for the Netherlands National team during their European Qualifying Window against Sweden.
To follow up on the first week of getting to know the players we’re working with we would like to introduce you to the 2nd half of the Daily 7AM Breakfast Club Devon van Oostrum. Devon joined our workouts starting January 2020 and since than we worked out on a daily bases. Focus was on improving the arc on his 3 point shots. We improved the arc on his shots from 43 degrees to 48 degrees. This improvement in arc resulted in an improvement from 24% from 3 in the Dutch Basketball League to 41% from 3 in the Spanish LEB Gold.
