🩶 TEAM AMANDA 🩶
For the past 5 years, Amanda has been such a special part of OLFC as a team manager for the Girls 2010 Red Team ⚽️. Since January 2024, she and her family have faced more than anyone should ever have to endure, including her journey with brain cancer 🩶.
Throughout it all, Amanda has shown incredible strength 💪, faith 🙏, love ❤️, and an amazing appreciation for the people who have surrounded her. She has touched so many lives in our soccer community, and now we want to surround her and her family with that same love and support.
Amanda is not only a beloved member of our soccer family, but also a devoted stepmother to Molly, on the soccer team. Their bond is a beautiful reflection of the love, care, and family connection that makes this team so special.
Her husband, David, is also an important part of our OLFC family as a head coach of the team ⚽️. He is a deeply dedicated coach, a loving husband and father to Molly, and someone who has continued to give so much to our players and program while standing strong for his family through this incredibly difficult time. Together, David and Molly are walking alongside Amanda every step of the way, and they need our support.
Our soccer club is coming together to sell Support Amanda wristbands for $7 each, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to Amanda and her family.
