💻KINISI FLOW is going LIVE 💻

I have got some exciting news, team!

I will be launching our very first Kinisi Flow online sessions this month!

If you want to

💪 build full body strength

🦵work on and increase your flexibility

🚶‍♀️improve your every day mobility, joint health and manage aches and pains

🏃‍♀️speed up recovery

🧘‍♀️improve your mental wellbeing

😌FEEL REFRESHED after your workout, without feeling you've worked out (Kinisi Flow is low impact training)

🏠or if you are simply looking for a mindful class that you can do from the comfort of your home, without having to travel to the gym or a venue

➡️ The sessions run in 4 weeks blocks over a total of 12 weeks - this is to ensure the adaptation process, meaning we will be giving your body time to adapt physically, learn the movements, progress and rip all the benefits that come from committing to this movement journey, both physically and mentally.

➡️ Each week we build on the session with different variables and over the 12 weeks we will begin to grow the Kinisi Flow Story of Movement.

➡️ The group training sessions will take place on Zoom and if you miss a session, there will be a recording available for you that you can do at your own time (link for the recording sent upon request).
