You control the pressure! Let the balls’s soft and pliable texture do the rest and knead the tired out of your soles 😇


Bonus: stack one foot about the other for extra pressure and drag the tissues by the ankle towards the toes for some heat⚖️

Anatomy is fun and exciting! Through creativity, movement, self-palpation and videos, we will bring anatomy off the page and into the body!☀️


We will start our journey at the beginning to build a strong foundation upon which more complex concepts will be layered. We will cover:

📍The musculoskeletal system
📍The nervous system
📍Injuries and working with students in pain

I'll be offering a 4-week series starting next Wednesday, May 20, at 5pm. Here is a little more information about why self-massage and movement work so well together:

🔴Self-massage reduces local and global body tension, giving you a window of opportunity to move with more ease and learn new skills

🔵Self-massage increases body and breath awareness, giving you a better sense of yourself at rest and in movement

🟠Self massage is soothing, movement is soothing, and both are powerful agents to start making positive changes when you're in pain, want to recover adequately for athletic longevity, or need to tune down your stress levels

🟢More importantly, you will leave each class with some simple and practical strategies you can replicate to maintain your health and wellbeing!
