Hey y’all. If you’re looking for a fun workout to do in between class and a busy schedule, here’s a kettlebell workout for you! Try to do 10-12 reps of each exercise with 3 sets each time. Here’s the break down:
-Overhead kettlebell hold with reverse lunge and alternating legs
-Standing kettlebell leg lifts (alternate sides)
-Single leg Romanian dead lift (alternate sides)
-Side lunge (lateral lunge) with kettlebell

Hey y’all! Here’s a NutriMonday that you’re sure to love and to warm you up this spring.
Here is a quick and easy low calories vegetable soup!
Start out with 1 tbsp of olive oil
Add 2 minced garlic cloves
Let it simmer for 2 mins
Add in 2 medium sized diced potatoes
Add 5 long carrots chopped up
Add 1 carton of beef or vegetable broth
Stir and let simmer
2 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp of cayenne pepper
1 tbsp of pepper
Stir and let simmer for 5 minutes.
1 cup of sliced mushrooms
2 celery stocks
1/4th medium union
1 can of diced tomatoes
Stir and let simmer 10-20 mins until fully cooked through!
Serve and enjoy!
This meal is also great for meal prepping and to have ready to heat up and eat when on the go!
