This is what I remind myself whenever I don't feel like working out. I don't think I have ever done a workout and though after "Gee, I wish I didn't do that". I may be sore, but I feel accomplished and energized and definitely do not regret it.

Hey peeps! So....with Halloween officially under our belts, we officially embark on the most difficult time of the year... "The Holidays"

Whatever you celebrate, there is a lot going on during this time of year and a lot of it involves food. What if you started a workout/nutrition program now, that carried you through the holidays, so that you don't have to start over on January 1st?

You mean, I can enjoy my holidays and not gain an extra 10lbs every November/December? Yup. It is totally possible. Even better? It is fun! Because we do it together.

Here's how it works...

- Between today and Thanksgiving, you work with me one-on-one to find a program that is right for you. We do test workouts, try out meal plans and recipes, and get you set up with the right equipment.

- Then, the Sunday/Monday (depending on your program) after Thanksgiving (11/25-26), we hit the ground running with your program of choice.

- We kill it together for ONE MONTH

- Then we take one week of chill yoga to reward ourselves for our hard work (12/23-12/29). Still sticking to our meal plans of course ;-) (Don't worry, you will still get to enjoy your favorite holiday dishes and even desserts!)

- We start again on 12/30 and we are already ahead of all of the "New Year's Resolution-ers"! You can continue your program or start a new one.

Starting an at home workout program can be intimidating. One of the first questions that comes to mind is: What equipment do I need? I don't have a set of dumbbells, those are expensive and cumbersome.

While, I know people who love them and I know that they are truly worth the investment. It wasn't for me either. I move around way too much! I can't haul weights every where. Resistance bands are my savior! They are super light weight and you can do with them just about anything that you could with weights.

You can find tons of them online for super cheap. I have the ones pictured below. I love them because you can layer the bands on the handles to get any weight combination you want and it was only $24 on amazon.

Ok friends. Real talk time... I am building a team! A team of super awesome amazing people. 7 of them to be precise, because I am not superstitious, but I am a little-stitious... And we are going to commit to 3 things: Fitness, Nutrition, and Personal Development. And, what is 3 x 7? 21! So, we are going to work hard for 21 days! And we shall emerge as beautiful butterflies🦋 who will fly around and help other little caterpillars just like ourselves 🐛. Sound intriguing?
