An expert judge in The Authentic South African Experience category of the 2019 Wine & Food Tourism Awards, Janet Pillai is a strategist and change maker. She is the CEO and founder of Multilayer Trade Corporation (MLT CAR HIRE AND TOURS), a company that offers a seamless vehicle hire, shuttle and accommodation solution from inception to completion in the public, private corporate, tourist and maritime sectors.
She has worked for academic institutions and governments, and is active on the speaking circuit, handling topics such as transport, tourism, culture and heritage, oil and gas, as well as women’s development and mentorship.
