No matter how many people are supporting you or helping you on the road to weight loss, in the end, there is only one person who can make it a success, that person is YOU. Nobody else can do it for you. YOU are responsible for your workouts, whether YOU attend or not and YOU are responsible for how hard YOU work. Nobody can watch YOU 24/7 to ensure YOU are eating the right food and not cheating with the wrong food. Your effort will produce results, which could be positive or negative, in the end, it's up to YOU to decide what you want to achieve.
