And that’s why we decided to name our shop after what every cyclist wants, a super stoked experience! Our mission is to enhance your riding experience, be it with your mates, on the trails or out for a chilled Sunday ride with your kid’s, we want to make sure you enjoy it…to the max! There are no racing teams here, we won’t try to win the Argus, or the Epic, we just want to equip cyclists who want to enjoy their riding. Owner managed and run, Super Stoked Cycles is proud to offer you the very best in bike sales, servicing, set-up’s (more on that later) and advice. I have often heard that new cyclists are too afraid to venture into established stores for fear of being shunned or mocked, which both saddens and upsets me…as we were all those cyclists once upon a time! With more than 25 years in the cycling scene and industry, we think it is high time to offer assistance to riders who are looking to enhance their cycling experience, not to criticise or mock, but to share what we have learned through the years. We want our shop to be your shop…somewhere you can chill, ask advice or just catch up on the latest cycling trends. (And our coffee is free!)
In addition to sales and servicing, we are proud to offer a professional bike set-up service. Trained in professional set-up’s, and first hand racing experience will ensure you will get the best set-up for whatever type of riding you are stoked to do! Cyclocross, MTB, Road,Time-Trial, Track and Triathlon…we can do a set-up that will help you take your riding that step further. A fully comprehensive assessment and set-up will be done to ensure your new bike is 100% matched to you and the style of riding you are stoked to do. Set-up’s are not limited to new bikes only, contact us to arrange an assessment and a fully comprehensive bike set-up. Top to bottom, front to back…we’ll make sure you and the bike are “one” (I know it sounds like Zen…but it is a higher state of cycling consciousness!)

Every shop sells bikes…but we sell bikes that will be an extension of your riding personality! We are proud to be affiliated with the Italian brand Pinarello, and homegrown superstars, PYGA! Pinarello are proud of the fact they have won the Tour De France eleven times, and boy are we stoked to be able to offer these fine Italian thoroughbreds to our discerning customers! Flamboyant and beautiful, fast and functional…come and see them for yourself! Delgado, Indurain, Wiggin’s and Froome have all conquered France on the mighty Pinarello’s (Who can say no to a curvy sexy Italian?) Superb bikes that can deliver the best ride money can buy are available from our humble store. We like to think of ourselves as “out of the box” thinkers here at Super Stoked…and when we were in the top secret Super Stoked Cycles HQ (Shop 3, 11 Hennie Alberts street, Brackenhurst, Alberton) and we were thinking of what would be the perfect MTB for our customers, there was only one choice! Local cycling Guru and legend, Patrick Morewood, has made a range of MTB’s capable of conquering any trail in the world. Some say we are mad…but we know cyclists ride at weird and wonderful hours! And while our signs may say 8am to 5pm weekdays, we are available (within reason) to assist should you need to drop your bike off for some work, a service or a fine tuning outside of these hours. We are open on weekends, Sunday’s and Public Holidays included! (afterall, that’s when we ride!)
Monday to Friday: 8am – 5pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9am – 2pm
Public Holidays: 9am – 2pm (Excluding Christmas Day and New Years Day)
