Sole Swimming - swim school!
Each child is taught individually! Because we are all individuals.
All teachers are qualified with swim SA and Sole Swimming is accredited with swim SA.
Lessons are taught Monday to sunday!

Swimming is not just a sport; 🏊‍♀️it's a life saving skill.
With the alarming rate of drowning in our country we cannot ignore the need to teach our children to swim. Children are drawn to water like a moth to a flame. 🔥Their understanding of fear is not as great as that of an adult and therefore children are more susceptible to drowning.
My swimming school is a caring and independent swim school that is built on a reputation of excellence. We teach each child individually as we believe each child is an individual.
I have seen over the 25+ years that I have been teaching, how swimming helps to give children a tremendous sense of self esteem.
We at Sole swimming are dedicated to helping our swimmers to become water borne, drown proofed and just all round naturally great swimmers! 🏊‍♀️
What we offer:
Lessons in an indoor heated pool
One on one lesson per child/adult
A choice of either 2x 15min or 1x 30min lessons per week
We are open Monday till Saturday.
Adult lessons.
Evening aqua aerobic classes
