Thank You for an Unforgettable 2025 Season! 🌿
To every hunter who joined us at Salzburg Hunting this year – thank you!
✅ To the solo adventurers
✅ To our loyal friends who feel like family
✅ To parents teaching the next generation
✅ To those escaping the daily grind for bushveld peace
✅ To all who live close to nature
Yes, 2025 was tough – rain, thick bush, tall grass. But the real challenge? Adaptation.
As hunters, we must learn to be like a chameleon on an ice cream bush – blending in, adjusting, thriving.
Tagline:
"Hunting isn’t about conquering nature – it’s about becoming part of it."
See you in 2026 for new challenges and unforgettable moments!

One of our Landmarks on the farm. The Baobab Tree. Here is a few fun facts about the Baobab tree:
- The fruit of the Baobab tree is high in Vitamin C, Calcium and other nutrients. It is also known as a Superfruit.
- a Legend has it that the Baobab tree was planted upside down by god to teach humality.
- The Baobab can grow as high as 80ft and become more than 1,500 years.
The roots are divided into two main types: taproots and lateral roots. Tap roots or deep roots for stability and lateral roots or horisontal roots for the collection of nutrients and moisture.

Thrilling African Hunting Trips Experience thrilling hunting adventures in Limpopo! Explore our galleries and book your unforgettable journey now. Bushveld hunting at its best.
After the great seasonal rains we received earlier this year, we knew our hunting weekends wouldn't be casual hunts in the veld, merely picking Kudus and Blue Wildebeest like flowers.
Up until now, we have had a weekend booking percentage of more than 95% since the hunting season opened.
What a blessing to see such a diversity of hunters. Men, women, boys, girls, sons, daughters, friends, colleagues, and even the elderly (with the eldest walking hunter in his 80s) and young children with their parents. There are new rifles, old rifles, large calibers, and small calibers.
Even with the diversity, I must admit that Mother Nature is still 2-0 up. Although we had a wide range of animals, including Kudus, Impala, Warthogs, Waterbuck, Nyala, Duiker, and Tsessibe hunted, it is still the Ou Manne & Vroue that is still roaming our busveld and plains.
Once again I want to thank our loyal hunters and friends for their support. To the hunters that will visit us in the second half of the season, good luck and the big ones are still here waiting for you. Rather leave half your ammo at home and bring some extra skills with.
As we say in Afrikaans: Eenskoot, Doodskoot"
