Pilates taught me that strength is not loud.
It’s controlled.
It’s intentional.
It’s built in the small, precise movements no one sees.
What started as training became discipline.
What became discipline became confidence.
And now it’s something I want to share with others.
This is just the beginning.

⚠️Long Post Alert⚠️
POV : You think to yourself how am I gonna survive and still buy groceries after seeing to all your bills & before you've even done the budget your neighbor comes over and brings these loaves of rye bread because her son works at woolies and they dont eat rye bread😅. On a separate occasion our other neighbor brings us tins of tuna, beans, chic peas and quinoa.
Of course I'm already thinking of all the meals and snacks I'm gonna make 😅
Call it miracles, God/ Faith / Magic / or simply put trusting the process when you set an intention to take care of yourself. There's a higher power always working in your favor.
Sharing this because for a lot of people eating healthy becomes expensive when you think of all the food, supplements and gym fees it involves. This excludes the days when you simply crave things are just completely out of your budget.
Here me when I say that when you have a burning desire to achieve something with faith, effort and action anything is possible ❤️
