What a proud day for both myself and every athlete I have the privilege of coaching.

On a personal level, I achieved the goal of a Comrades Up Run Silver Medal🥈

As a coach, we had 31 members lining up on Sunday morning in Durban tackling the brutal ComradesMarathon Up run with every single runner crossing the finish line in PMB - A 100% finish rate 💯 Including 8 Novices and 5 Back-to-Back runners.

Well done to each and every on all the hard work and consistency throughout your Comrades journey and thank you to all the supporters for the endless sacrifices and love from the side.

We can all be extremely proud 🤩
