The beauty of running goes far beyond a PB or one good race (of course we all love a PB) but the real enjoyment lies in the training with your mates, pushing and motivating each other day in, day out and celebrating each others achievements as if they’re your own.
As a coach, witnessing this over the past few months and celebrating as a team is something I’m most proud of.
