All about that Articulation! π¦Ά π©°
Great was to strengthen and practice this articulation is by slowly one foot at a time - practice the path way of the feet as they leave and receive the floor .
Ensuring you peel the foot off the floor and use the toes to pluck you up into the air and as you recover to land toe , ball and then heel of the foot and allowing a slight bend in the knees to absorb the shock π©°
