Introducing Coach Thokozani


Thokozani had already found himself in some of the most upbeat aerobic rooms, rooms I’ve had the privilege of being part of, and rooms I wish everyone could experience at least once. The ultimate hype of hype. The ultimate vibe of vibes.

What he wanted next was the structure behind nailing routines to music every single time. And the moment it clicked for him, everything changed. His passion exploded as he realised that he, too, could create the most fabulous combinations, flows, and routines that ignite a room. With the music as his foundation, he gained the confidence to teach those combos with ease and power.

From that point on, he has brought his absolute best to every session. He arrives with the biggest smile, the biggest energy, and a heart more alive than ever to the dream he is pursuing.

I have no doubt he will take many stages, fill many rooms, and one day stand before stadiums of thousands. He is deeply dedicated to helping others get healthier, happier, and more confident and that’s exactly why he was born for this.
