Something that I felt like sharing and also understanding the exercise and fitness mentality
Fitness has always been in in my life whether, I am upset happy - or just having a really tough time, it's been there. This is not to mention the physical benefits of it (that is a completely different story). However, the mental aspects are pretty important.
When you exercise, you practice a certain avenue or should I say of something that brings you joy. Even basic activities like eating and sleeping are considered exercise, it's just easier.
So, how do I put emphasis on this word EXERCISE? Take your sets and reps for example. When you interested in something, you practice it repeatedly until you reach your set goal. See - ”rep” and ”set”. This can be used in every area of life and once you have achieved your set, you add more repetitions and sets as well as exercise it until you realize that you have achieved multiple set goals.
This motivates you and can also show you that nothing is impossible when you practice exercise.

I am definitely a huge fan of training with resistance bands just to help you with that form !
I think by far my favorite exercise would be pull ups the cool thing is there are so many variations !
Hefesto and planche has by far been my biggest challenge to be unlocked soon
