A balance flow routine for a happy Monday.
💪💪💪💪💪

Find a flat surface.
If you are not comfortable yet for a raised surface, then just keep it flat on the floor.
If you are at the beginning of your journey, then grab a stick, or a roller, or hold against a wall. 🧱
Look up, look forward, and find a non moving spot in front of you.👀
Go slow. Don't rush these moves.
Breath and be positive👍👍

Your progressions are as follows

1. Knee lift
2. Balancing stick pose
3. Knee hold
4. Leg extension
5. Hip adductor and abductor with a straight(bent)leg

Over the last few months I have taken some memorable pictures in a few of the classes I have taught.

The energy is so amazing. And more importantly being part of seeing the growth within each of these people is stunning.
They often don't notice it themselves... But when I do, then a well deserved compliment with a hug is what they receive from me

Being a trainer, a coach and an instructor is not just about presenting something you know. Its about correction, development, motivation, repetition, care, compassion and love.

I only want the best for anyone who joins my classes or whom I train privately.
Pilates trains a person on improved technique, form, breath, posture and awareness, to name a few

The best feeling in the world is when I notice a student/client has the incorrect form, and before I try correct them or even speak they self correct.

That my friends... is priceless
