Don’t miss out!

Monday, 25 May at the Bowls clubhouse.

Born in Paarl but schooled in Kwazulu Natal, Warren Brosnihan was a Springbok flanker who represented Natal, the Golden Lions and the Blue Bulls in South Africa, as well as Ulster and a handful of appearances for Calvisano from Italy. A 6-Test Springbok, Warren scored his one and only try on debut for the Springboks, against Australia at Loftus in 1997.

After hanging up his playing boots, Warren turned to commentary, and has been a freelance commentator with Supersport since 2007. Known for his enthusiastic commentary style and colourful metaphors, Warren is a well-known voice to the rugby public.

As a former player and commentator, this is sure to be an insightful session, and an Oaks meeting that you do not want to miss.

In the wake of the recent storms affecting communities across the Western Cape, Western Province Cricket Club will be serving as a collection point for much-needed relief items.

Members, visitors and the wider community are encouraged to support affected families by donating essential goods including non-perishable food, bottled water, blankets, warm clothing, baby supplies and toiletries.

Together, we can make a meaningful difference by supporting those in need during this difficult time.
