Well I'm comfortable!!

So, apart from doing my light shows (54 done so far, 55th this evening) as part of the 8pm noise making to thank those on the COVID-19 frontline trying to keep us healthy and safe, what else have I been up to considering the whole entertainment and eventing industry is basically closed down until much later in the year and possibly will only start getting going sometime next year???

It's been interesting, testing lights, testing equipment I am trying to make or fix.

But if all goes well, the news from my side is that I am hoping to start a small internet Radio Station fairly soon (basically as soon as I get the legal side of playing music to a p***c audience sorted out - forms and licences being done).

The exact format is still being worked out along with hours online, possible other presenters, chat show hosts, etc etc.

But it's all getting quite exciting. Plan is to start small and cover about 4 communities I am part of, along with corresponding charities etc etc.

Will it be financially viable?? Who knows 🤓. Initially the idea is to support the communities and charities and hopefully it will grow from there.

SO - watch this space. Name?? Maybe Falcon Radio or something like that (carrying on the Falconsound name), but might end up being something totally different. No idea.

Your thoughts on names, format, etc. All ideas are welcome and hopefully used, but might also be ignored if it's something silly like I often say - 🤣.

Feeling keen and ready for some new fun - along with all the normal sound and lighting when it can start again.

Well, it's been a while since I posted here. But this weekend has me all over the place. This evening is at the Rally in the Valley in Robertson, and then tomorrow its off to Hemel and Aarde Valley for Steve and Genine's wedding, then back to Robertson to pack up the equipment.

Great Times.

As the weather warms up, so we start getting busy. On Saturday 6 October Francois is behind the microphone for the 1 Miler Mtb, then a week later we are doing karaoke for a private 21st.

While winter is not over yet, we are getting busy. This past Saturday was the Spur School's Western Cape Mtb league # 3. Then this weekend we have "Race the Sun" on Saturday afternoon and then "Table Mountain Challenge" all day Sunday.

Could be a cold weekend ahead, but it's going to be great.
