The Cape Classic 380 is a professional 3-day cycling event for amateur enthusiasts wanting to kick start the cycling season, or use it as a training ride for Double Century or Full Ironman. It consists of 380km of rolling road closures for the entire event, ensuring a fun and safe journey for the riders involved and is limited to only 60 riders.

We are pleased to announce that East City Cycles are coming on board providing mechanical support for the 2026 event.
Ride Captain Jarryd Haley of East City Cycles said "Having been a ride captain on this fantastic event for a good couple of years, I am super stoked for our shop to be providing the Cape Classic riders with mechanical support"
East City Cycles collaboration with current jersey sponsors, Ciovta, secures a tight knit team of sponsors to take the event forward.
East City's popular and growing group rides will also hopefully provide another source of future participants for the event.
