Pink Army is about empowering women to defend themselves. Believe in yourself and in your abilities We offer a holistic view on self defense.

We focus on self confidence, your environment and lifestyle. We strongly feel that getting physical should be your last resort, our goal is to enable you to evaluate a stiuation, make a descion and free yourself from danger. We offer classes that focus on basic, logical movements with the goal to act quickly before a situation gets out of hand. We do public appearances/presentations. We strongly oppose abuse against women!
