Children often progress faster when they enjoy being in the water, receive positive encouragement, and attend lessons regularly. Confidence starts long before they get into the pool.

Many factors influence a child's swimming journey. Their previous experiences, personality, confidence, and relationship with their instructor all contribute to how quickly they develop new skills.

Swimming is a skill that improves with regular practice. Weekly lessons help children build confidence, strengthen technique, and retain what they've learned from one lesson to the next.
